Day-to-day operations are carefully planned and supervised; every phase is checked and re-checked. The property managers report directly to Mr. Paul, not to an intermediary. Starting at the president's office and throughout the Company, the smallest detail is as important as the largest. All tenant requests receive immediate attention, and are double checked by the property manager.

Mr. Paul regularly makes surprise visits to each property to spot check cleaning and maintenance - from assuring that the facilities are being properly maintained, to monitoring exterior upkeep and building beautification, to monthly analysis of energy management procedures and programs.
